愛可能是一個人的生存動力，但亦可以毁滅人的一生。那麼愛是什麼？世人各自擁有不同的詮釋，因人而異。然而真正的愛從不虛幻，更不是剎那間的激情，她是一種發自內心的選擇與實踐，包括了彼此接納、包容、尊重、承諾相伴和共同成長的堅毅決定。 

愛不是單單屬於幸運兒和強者，也不是一項競賽，需要依賴幸運或強勢來維持。愛屬於每一個願意在平凡日子裡，坦誠付出和相互陪伴的人。儘管愛與被愛同樣幸福，但愛人之前，須先學會愛自己，唯有讓自己內心豐盈，那才有足夠的能力去愛別人，讓愛成為滋潤彼此的養分。正如一顆在寒冬厚厚積雪下埋藏的種子，終必迎來春日陽光的愛撫，並且綻放成為一朵美麗的玫瑰，這就是愛了！
